Rational Radio 1360 will cease broadcasting on Jan 1.
They will become an internet only service (good luck with that).

Someday progressive radio will actually be done right, but these guys weren't doing it. I'll miss being able to hear Thom Hartman live in my vehicle when I don't want to wait for the XM delayed broadcast, but that'll be about all I'll miss on this station.

1. Good Riddance!
I mostly listened to it for Stephanie Miller in the mornings on the way to work and Ed Schultz on the way home.

Then Stephanie went bye-bye on April Fools Day with that jackass Jack Bishop laughing about how "she's not walking on sunshine around here anymore!" when they accidentally played the first few seconds of her intro music by accident leading into his new morning show. At least, I assume that was an accident. Getting rid of Ed was the final straw.

2. I'll miss listening to Thom Hartmann
Thom Hartmann and Ring of Fire were the only shows I listented to--and it was hard to find Ring of Fire sometimes, 'cause they kept moving it around.

My favorite times were when Rachel Maddow was followed by Stephanie Miller, then Thom Hartmann. It started going downhill when Radio Shopping Show came on. I never could figure out the appeal of that show, if any. I can't just buy stuff off the internet or in a store, I have to call a radio station and wait on hold to buy stuff I can't see? What's up with that?
