how many americans do you suppose saw the dateline program on "e-85fuel" and flex engines? and how many americans do you think will know in "48 hours"?
like the steel,coal,paper,textile and all the other great industries we have had in this country
it sure looks like oil is going to be another "dinosaur"!
i think the "back -lash" from the public will be overwhelming!

on edit: another interesting aspect of this is that many of the midwestern states, which stand to benefit from this economically, are red states. With the republican affiliation to large corporations and in particular Big Oil, I wonder how this will affect the politics.

2. very true

i didn't want to elaborate to much on my read of this;but i have been an advocate for alternative energy for years.
this could revitalize the entire nation, the reason is it will create an industry that will need labor and equipment from all walks of life. from the laborer to the scientist.
and the beauty of it is "its renewable"
