Hear about the buses from Galveston to Dallas turned back?

Just caught part of it. I was flipping thru channels and believe it was 13 news. Several buses from Galveston evidently made it to Dallas and according to passengers the bus drivers told them they did not have any place to stay. They turned around back to Humble and dropped them off at a civic center. The reporter was not sure how many from the bus but according to her the majority of the 700 people there were from the buses. The people at the civic center were unaware the buses were coming. And the center was not really set up for that amount.

They should have dropped them off at the Capitol building in Austin.

Looks like there's plenty of room and I bet the cook is on duty ;)
