After a woman pressed one of the buttons in her car she had just bought there, a recording of the salesman is heard saying "You've just been fucked."

Which according to former managers at Bill Hurd, is SOP.

You were talking about...The guy is a thief...everyone is after a piece of him...he is the largest Cheverole Dealer in the world so they say....he is also one of the biggest thieves....his salesmen are instructed to take buyers for all they can....they even change paperwork after the buyer signs on the dotted line...One on the news last night said they bought a car for x amount only to find when their payment book arrived their car cost them $10,000 more they got a real deal form Bill Heard...a 7,000 dollar car that they were going to have to pay 17,000 for....Heard has dealerships in other parts of the country as well I believe he might have goten start in the Atlanta area....he had been turned into the Better Business Bureau in Nashville a bunch of times but until the news picked up the story no one followed up.....another little trick he used was he would take a trad in...wait a few days call the person who purchased the car from him...they were told there was a mistake and the salesman should have charged more....is the buyer really liked the car or truck a lot of them would just pay the difference...the ones who complained and wanted their old car back were told it had been sold...I am not kidding Heard is big time thief and has been in business a ong time....

Sounds like Heard gives crooked car dealers a bad name. :eyes:
