Sumner Co.
Hi All

I can't give you any "tilt" info one way or another, but what I can tell you is that people are going to the early voting place at the Taj Mahal on Belvedere in droves. The line to get in to vote early was impossibly long. You could be standing there for hours.

Evidently, people think this election means something important.

1. yeah....
but if they are voting dem or repub is the question. I know high turnout usually is good for us dem's but i'm not convinced that is necessarily the case in this election.

GO FORD!

2. That Co produced 65% for Bush in 04 but I bet Corker won't get
50%. If that is true TN will turn Blue.

5. I would love that
I find it interesting how Bredesen is really winning in the election but not Ford. I guess people know Bredesen more than they do Ford.

3. Voting
Did you hear anyone talking about who they were voting for?
Was anyone doing an exit poll?

4. Oh yes for sure!
I'm in Chattanooga and my mother early last week told how she saw on the local news here (on all the stations reporting) that lots of people are going to early voting. It's great! I love people going out to vote even if I disagree with them on their votes. It shows me people at least care and are wanting to have some sort of say one way or the other instead of just on "American Idol" or whatever. I'm waiting until election day since I don't have class and had never had any problems. I'm going to hopefully be able to get my brother out to vote too.

7. Early voting here is higher then it has even been
But I fear it is because of the Gay Marriage Amendment....What a better way to ensure that our state stays blue....

8. I've been a poll watcher in North Nashville during this early voting
They have been VERY busy and I would say at this voting place it would be over 90% for Ford, Have had over 6,000 cast votes already! Turnout is the key.

9. Thanks ....
for the info! I voted at Bordeaux library the first day it was open for early voting. I had wait about 35 minutes, so I took that as a GOOD sign. You may seen me there! :hi:

GO FORD!!
