Attention: Charleston--West Ashley Democrats Mobilizing!
Hey Everyone...

Get in on the grass roots organization of the West Ashley Democrats part of the Charleston County Democratic Party.

Our next meeting will be held Tuesday November the 10th, 2009 at the New Democratic Headquarters in North Charleston at 6:30PM until 8PM. The location is the old North Charleston City Hall on the 2nd floor. The street address is 4295 LaCross Road in North Charleston.

David Mack will speak with regards to early and absentee voting.

Please help us make the change continue. Yes we can!!

3. We did not have a good turn out last night
Unfortunately..I misunderstood and was not corrected in time to list that indeed the meeting place was across from the "old" North Charleston city hall, not the "old" city hall itself..However I believe I had the address right. We will be doing phone canvassing next time because the turnout was so few. However, we had weather conditions and the switch to regular time which make it quite darker much earlier. All of this could be working against us. As far as I know we will not be using the New Democratic headquarters again. I apologize for the confusion. Rep. Mack was inlighting and had some interesting views...so all was not a loss.
