1. Bad move on Swann's part.
He's not looking much like a governor, is he?

2. He had no business running for Governor to begin with
No experience managing state government, no vision, no fresh ideas.

Supported Bob Jubilier's reelection. Didn't collect state sales tax from merchandise sold on his website. Spotty voting record (an understatement, to be sure). Stumping with Tom Ridge, a horrible Governor and an even worse DHS Secretary. A property tax reform plan that's failed everytime it's been tried (straight out of the playbook for George W. Bush's and Jim Gilmore's campaigns). Contributed $4,000 to the campaign of Pete Coors, an anti-Semite. Stands up an association in Williamsport that was ready to hand over a $15,000 campaign contribution to him (that money would be better spent on Ed Rendell!).

Outstanding football player. Lousy candidate.

3. They should send the money to Rendell
or at least make it an option for the doners.
