Quarter of the ballots already turned in.

Notice that the highest rates are in heavily Republican counties, though.

Crook 36%, Harney 39%, Linn 41%

But Clatsop is 40%, they lean Dem.

I suppose rural counties are more likely to mail in early, though. Very interesting and encouraging that turnout is trending so high. :)
