Teen mom of baby found dead charged with manslaughter

XENIA — Greene County prosecutors have charged the Beavercreek teen who gave birth at home to a baby girl later found dead with endangering children and involuntary manslaughter.

Katherine Waugh, 18, was indicted Friday, June 27, on the misdemeanor and felony charges that carry a penalty of up to five years in prison.

Prosecutor Stephen K. Haller said she would be arraigned at a later date.

Here's some more facts about the case:"The Miami Valley crime lab ruled the cause and manner of death of Waugh's child was undetermined in April."
Stephan K Haller is just trying to get in another conviction to pump up his stats.

Another political-motivated witch-hunt.

Sounds like a still-birth, likely caused by a lack of medical care and the mother's ignorance.

EDIT: possibly sex-ed, which should cover pregnancy issues, might have prevented this death.

2. Well screw justice, this douchebag needs to show that he's a good prosecutor
Carrol High School, the school she attended, is a Catholic school that I don't think has sex ed.
