3. Well, I just went and bought a "congratulations" card for Tom, and
admitted to him, that although I was a bit chagrined at him leaving the board of education, where I thought he was really going to be able to get some things done, that I know he'll be great in Columbus, too.

Besides, Strickland needs him, we all need him, to win back the House.

Not only is he highly intelligent, and immensely skilled at bringing stakeholders together to solve problems, he is one of the most decent people I have ever met and had the honor to work with.
