Air America Radio Murdered in Cincinnati
Ratbastards at Clear Channel finally choked the life out of progressive talk radio in the area and shutdown the station here in Cincy.

After fucking around and broadcasting dead air, not marketing the station, engineering it so that 3 shows would air simultaneously, and finally moving it to a 2 kHz channel they closed it down.

It's changed to a "do-it-yourself" station and then unveiled a new FM "SUPERTALK" station featuring Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly!

I hate where I live.

1. this creates a new opportunity ...
if corporate media has nixed it and you know there is sustaining demand for it, get creative.

Join forces with other progressives and start something on your own, listeners will tune in,
once they do, advertisers automatically follow.

Instead of seeing it as an assault on progressive talk see it as an opportunity for committed
progressives to succeed. Make them wish they hadn't shot their own foot.
