So I voted on Tuesday....
it was a humbling experience to say the least. I imagine everyone who has already voted felt the same as I did as I marked the oval next to every single Democrat on the ballot. I was however somewhat perplexed as to why the state BOE put minor candidates above Strickland/Fisher on the hierarchy of the ballot while putting Blackwell RIGHT ON TOP!

Talk about delusional, Blackwell will be at the BOTTOM of the shit heap come November 8th.....

1. Did you put the right driver's license # on?
I heard that people had been putting the wrong numbers on and that the ballots have been rejected? The confusion stems from their being a couple of different numbers on licenses

3. All they asked me for was the last 4 of my social security #...
I had my license ready to present but they never asked me for it...of course all the Dem's in the BOE know me but a Republican waited on me. SOOOOO should I be concerned that she didn't ask me for my license? HHHMMM I think I might stop by the BOE on Monday to check things out.

2. I did, too, and agree
that it was a humbling experience. I, of course, also voted a Yellow Dog ticket.

I don't understand voter apathy -- in my opinion, voting is a matter of life and death. My political science professor suggested that apathy may be another word for stability and people who don't vote believe that nothing will change if they do. Whatever.

(Instead of using my drivers' license for ID, I wrote in the last four digits of my Social Security Number.)
