1. I Grew Up in Morris County
In Morris Township, to be exact. A real Republican stronghold. My family moved there in 1953.

There were so few Democrats back then that when my mother registered as a Democrat, the Board of Elections called her and BEGGED her to work at the polling place, because they had trouble getting enough judges. Mom continued working at the polls until declining health prevented her from doing so.

2. I spent three years in Budd Lake, 85 - 88
At the time I was too busy going to school, working and raising my two kids to notice the politics. Graduated from CCM in 88.

7. I Grew Up Not Far From There
In Morris Township. I remember going with my mother to a liquor store on main Street in Madison to buy cases of Brookdale Soda and return the empties.

My older sister and brother-in-law both graduated from Fairly Ridiculous (as we used to call it. :-) )

6. Another MoCo Dem . . .
Born here, live here, work here.

And very proud to be among the few but growing number (I hope!) of Democrats.
