1. From the Demorandum
After the NJGOP criticized Senator Corzine for what they call his "presidential aspirations" the NJDSC was quick to release a quote from Doug Forrester's high school year book where he stated that he wanted to be President of the United States.(5/20/05)

2. well, he might be positioning himself with this run for governor
I can't see him jumping in the race in 2008 since he'd only have been elected governor in 06, but he would definitely be qualified with some time in the senate before. I could see him winding up on somebodies short list for VP.

2012 is more likely for Corzine.
