mid 50's and sunny. This means MASSIVE voter turnout.
In Minnesota, casual voters are generally kept away by bad weather. They will be out in droves.

Here's a summary: Weather look great in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Florida, Colorado, New Mexico

Weather look bad in: Ohio, New Hampshire, West Virginia

Weather is undecided in: Pennsylvania, Missouri, Michigan

Everyone mails in their ballots in Oregon, and it always rains in Seattle.

Here is a city-by-city breakdown of Tuesday's weather:

Minneapolis/ St. Paul: Mostly sunny. Highs around 45.

Des Moines: Sunny. High around 50.

Milwaukee: Mostly cloudy. A 30 percent chance of showers in the morning. Highs around 50.

Detroit: Cloudy. A chance of rain. Highs 51 to 55. Chance of rain 50 percent.


Concord (NH): Mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid 40s. Chance of rain, 70 percent

Denver: Partly cloudy. Highs 45 to 55.

St. Louis: 50 percent chance of showers.

Kansas City: Mostly cloudy in the morning then becoming partly cloudy.

Santa Fe: Mostly sunny. Warmer. Highs in the lower to mid 40s

Albuquerque: Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 50s.

Orlando: Partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 80s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Miami: Partly sunny. A slight chance of showers. Highs in the upper 80s. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Philadelphia: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the upper 60s.

Pittsburgh: Cloudy with showers likely. Highs around 60. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.

Cleveland: Occasional rain. Highs around 60. Northwest winds around 10 mph in the morning...becoming north 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 100 percent.

Columbus: Occasional showers. Highs in the lower 60s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph in the morning...becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of rain 90 percent.

Toledo: Occasional rain. Highs in the mid 50s. North winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Seattle: Rain.
