1. I just got home and now I'm in my jammies watching the replays and eating takeout Chinese,

otherwise I'd be tempted. I didn't get to watch the festivities at work because *everybody* was on line trying to watch and at about 10:45 we got an e-mail from the IT people telling us to please stop watching streaming videos because we were eating up all the bandwidth and actual work stuff was slowing down. So a bunch of us gathered around my iPhone and we listened to the inaugural address on MPR. Thanks for telling me about that app, it sure came in handy.

So have one for me!

3. Sorry, I just got back from having dinner at Amazing Thailand after

exercising at the YWCA. In honor of the occasion (and the all-day Tuesday happy hour and the fact that I used to teach English at the company's headquarters in Tokyo), I had a pint of Sapporo.
