1. No surprises there.

Though I did hear rumors that Tammy Lee was close to getting their nod. But as they note, she is not experienced as a legislator. Of course, neither is Patty Wetterling but that didn't stop them from endorsing her and not her legislatively-experienced opponent. ;-)

3. I wish some of the Dem money would flow her way

Kline has been helped by Bush and Cheney fundraising. Rowley has about a third of Kline's campaign warchest. Those in safe seats should spread the dough around.

This seat is winnable. I hope it isn't too late. She is so close. Hope she doesn't lose by 500 votes or something. That would suck.

4. that's right - she was on Minnesota Matters this week saying she

didn't have the money to refute the horrendous mailers Kline keeps sending out. He won't debate her on the issues, won't talk about his record. His campaign just sends out Rowley-smearing garbage in the mail and she can't answer it.

She really could use some help.

5. but today they endorsed Stanek

in one of the most illogical editorals I have read in a while. The writer states that there is very little difference between Lopez and Stanek and that Stanek "has baggage" but he should win because he has tried to reform.
Please! Why not elect the man without baggage rather than hoping a man who has cost the city $150,000 in three seperate lawsuits has reformed?
