Prop. 2 and the engineering shortage
Engineers of all kinds are in short supply and our colleges are not turning them out fast enough to meet the demand. What's one way to fill the pipeline of engineering students? Reach out to girls.

Women have been under-represented in engineering, partly because not enough young girls look at it as a viable career option. Turn that attitude around and you could vastly increase the talent pool for engineering schools.

Oh... wait... if Prop. 2 passes, that'll be illegal.
