Why does O'Malley Deserve Re-Election?
I am all ears. And, yes, I am voting for him. I just want more bullet points.

1. he's kept the state from complete bankruptcy
by now if Erhlich were still in we the taxpayers would have to pay the state more. Erlich was sneaky he raised other taxes like company registratin fees, vehicle taxes etc, student tuition fees.

3. O'Malley has done ok by me so far.

He walked into a mess and started fixing it right away even though it was not the politically wise thing to do. He did it with a lot of whining specially from the Ex-Governor that left the mess. Between the Ehrlich's radio show and the local news running to ask his opinion constantly a less aware person might have thought Ehrlich was still our governor the first couple years. Then of course he stayed on the radio until the last legal minute even though he announced his campaign months before. The man just won't go away and now I get to listen to him brag about how he didn't raise taxes while there wasn't a fee he didn't want double and a few he made up.

Fee or tax?

Edited to add- Our casino opens at the end of September. Another thing Ehrlich whined about but had to have it his way or no way. O'Malley got it done and then Bob Whiner comes out against them. After 4 f'ing years of listening to him WHINE that he couldn't have casinos he comes out against them. FU Ehrlich. BTW I would of voted against it while Bob was in office because of the whining. Really don't care either way on gambling but it has been nice to have the construction jobs here now.

7. Hi, CC!
O'Malley has done pretty good but he's got a long way to go between now and the election. As long as he wins I'll be happy.

Ehrlich is an embarrassment to all of Maryland, period! I didn't care for the whining either.

5. Ehrlich let state police spy on citizens
If nothing else, I find that kind of fascist behavior frightening.

6. He's kept us from being a total mess
When I look at states like Nevada, Florida, and California, where they're in deep shit, I thank the Gods that O'Malley and the legislature took action to keep us out of bankruptcy.

Also, O'Malley was voted the top Governor in the country by the DGA.

9. according to WJZ
Ehrlich has come out with a scathing new attack ad. I hope the O'Malley campaign is ready to defend themselves. loudly.

I can't bear the idea of Ehrlich returning to Annapolis. :(

10. The health of the Chesapeake Bay has improved in the last 4 years
And thats definitely noticeable in larger oyster, crab and fish catches. Ehrlich bragged about helping clean up the Bay buts its actually been O'Malley's enforecement of clean bay regs and laws(which Ehrlich did not do) that has accomplished this
