please please please support Mel Fox's candidacy against the rightwing Mike Pence. Mel needs financial support now in order to get on the national radar. This seat will be in play if Kerry continues his momentum! We can win this one but she needs help asap!!! Mel is a REAL progressive Democrat with great ideas and a huge heart!

Last Wednesday, as many of you know; Gov. Howard Dean and Democracy for America endorsed our campaign. The endorsement included eleven other candidates throughout the country known as the Dean Dozen. Here is what Gov. Dean said; "This group of candidates won the Dean Dozen endorsement because they stand for what's right in government - truth telling, accountability, and a commitment to represent the voters who will put them in office," said Dean.

We received more emails than the campaign ever received in one day. In addition, numerous contributions were made and many other commitments. Most of the donations were small and were from out of state people who believe in our commitment to listen to the voters here in the 6th District.

Since July 4th, we have raised over $7400.

You are receiving this letter because you believe in our candidacy. Others in the country, especially 'Move On' are looking at the number of contributions we receive, which signify participation by the electorate.
