Does anyone here listen to the Jim Leach Show?

1. I just discovered his show a couple of weeks ago.

It was after Condi testified before the 9-11 commission and he was going off!

I haven't had a chance to listen since then but if that is the way he is, I plan to find more time to listen!

I feel sorry for him because most of his callers are conservative but he sure does a great job putting them in their place!

2. The best part of his show is when he puts the smack down on repukes.....

who are misinformed and full of shyte. He is what passes for a liberal in Sangamon County. He doesn't necessarily tote the party line on all of the issues but he does fall to the left of the line.

3. He is merciless when it comes to giving the republicans his opinion.

I like it (and this is terrible to say) but I know he makes them feel stupid. He leaves many of them speechless! That feeling to me would be the first step to getting someone to think about their beliefs!

His show is very entertaining and my husband and I are just relieved that we have a talk radio program to listen to when we are out and about that isn't the 3 conservative idiots!

For those of you in the area, the call letters are Hot Talk 970 (WMAY). It is worth a listen.
