Are you voting now or waiting for Election Day?
I'm wondering what the best approach is to make sure my vote is counted correctly. Have most of you voted already?

1. I voted yesterday in DeKalb County.
Many, many voters there. I'd suggest vote early if you are able to.
As to whether your vote is counted correctly, I don't know if it would make a difference either way, but here's hoping everything will turn out right-i.e., Obama/Biden win.

2. I am kind of hesitant...
of voting early. I absolutely do not trust those voting machines. I don't know what might happen to my vote between now and November 4.

3. I voted on Monday.
Diebold machines can steal your vote no matter when you cast it.

I am advising everyone to vote now. That way, if there's a problem with your registration, you may be able to fix it before Nov. 4.

To find info on your Georgia county's Board of Registrars Office, go here: http://sos.georgia.gov/elections/elections/voter_information/2000_voter_info.asp

If you're already registered, this link points you to your polling place and displays your voter registration information: http://sos.georgia.gov/cgi-bin/locator.asp
With all the crap the Republicans are trying to pull to exclude voters because of insignificant discrepancies between voter registration and ID information (missing middle initial, etc.), it's vital to make sure your registration info is correct and up to date.
