6. Here is what I know

John Morgan used to have a firm called Morgan, Colling, and Gilbert...very high profile medical malpractice, wrongful death, disability, and other non-criminal type of crimes. Morgan worked his way through college and law school working for Bell Telephone and was a member of CWA. I heard him speak at a Workers Memorial Service several years ago. Anyway, a few years ago, Colling and Gilbert broke off and started their own firm. I think part of the problem is that they wanted more public exposure.

Like all practices they only want to take cases they can WIN. When I called after my husband died (and I have a passing acquitance with John Morgan) I couldn't even get an attorney to return my call.
