Here is a rundown on how much has been raised and spent on the 16 measures on California's Nov. 2 ballot:

- Proposition 1A: Would prohibit the Legislature from shifting property tax money from cities and counties for other purposes. Supporters, which include the League of Cities and California State Association of Counties, have raised $7.2 million while spending $5.3 million. There is no formal opposition.

- Proposition 59: Would bolster open meeting requirements for state and local governments. No donations have been reported.

- Proposition 60: Would require that nominees of all political parties recognized by the state appear on the general election ballot. Supporters have raised only $5,000 and spent $58,849. Opponents have raised $4.1 million and spent $3 million.

- Proposition 60A: Would require that proceeds from the sale of surplus state property be used to pay off deficit bonds approved by voters last March. No donations have been reported.
