Update: Riverside County absentee ballots

according to the Press Independent The Registrar mailed out 250K absentee ballots, an unknown with the dcoring to deep on the ballot part. So far there have been about 50 complaints, I know of 5 not yet called in. I give no link to the PI cause it wants membership , or some such. They are advising to call the registrar for a replacement, which should successfully winnow out a lot of those eho think someone will care when thei defective ballot gets mailed out.
