Additional Information on San Bernardino Sheriff Shooting

Alot of you may have of read of the case of a deputy/Thug who shot an unarmed & compliant airman but tomorrow in the LA Times you will read about how Deputy/Thug Ivory Webb told a sargent and several deputies he opened fire because he was being attacked by the victim he later changes to story after the video tape comes out.

Its absolutely absurd that DA Mike Ramos ([email protected]) only charged this thug with a simple "attempted voluntary manslaughter" its equally absurd that Sheriff Penrod is still paying this lying POS.

Also this is what Mike Ramos said at the press conference.

"This is a deputy sheriff. was chasing a car going 100 mph at night, by himself.

Why is Ramos taking the word of this lying deputy/thug, some say its impossible to go 100MPH on those streets, how does he know for sure the car was going 100 mph?

There was fear. What he's being charged with is that his decision to use force while experiencing that fear was unreasonable."

What fear?

What I saw was a very angry man who may have a thing against hispanics shoot a compliant man.

And the attempted voluntary manslaughter is MUCH easier to prove at trial -- no proof of intent to kill, just proof of intent to do the act which resulted in the attempted killing.

Sadly, DA's usually whitewash cop prosecutions.
