I missed the opening 3 minutes of this bloodbath on the way to my car tonight trying to explain this to an acquaintance who mumbled the same tired RW talking point to me re the 87 billion and the troops.

I took my time, did a reasonably good job, he didn't believe me but I could see the wheels turning a litte. The point is that this $87 billion vote is absolutely stuck in the minds of too many out there and it IS JUST NOT THAT HARD to not only explain but to turn it back on the chimp.
