Who knows anything about the Kerry fund for challenging election?
I have been reading that both Kerry and bu$h have funds to be used for legal battles to challenge the election, if necessary. Seems bu$h's fund far exceeds Kerry's....does anyone know how this works, if we need to donate, or where exactly those funds come from? thanks

1. If you go to Kerry's website
there's an option to donate to the GELAC fund which will go toward legal expenses in case of a replay of 2000. I donated a couple of days ago.

It's called the General Election Legal and Accounting Camapign Fund.

You can contribute up to $2,000 to this fund to fight Kerry's legal and accounting battles during and after the election.

Here's the NYC contact:

Kerry-Edwards 2004, GELAC
ATTN: Dennis Cheng ([email protected])
1560 Broadway, Suite 900
New York, NY 10036
(212) 764-7104, ext. 110

We've got hundreds of volunteer lawyers, paralegals, secretaries and other friends ready to go to battleground states at their own expense for the cause.

If John Sweeney or some other Repuke Congressman wants to bang on the door of the Palm Beach County Elections Office in 2004, he'll have to run into a few of my comrades, friends and brothers this time - they make "The Sopranos" look like little kids reading "My Pet Goat."

No Pasaran!
