Proof that war criminal Bush is a self-serving, bitter moron

Bush joked about Hillary’s ‘fat keister’ and dismissed the conservative movement while in office.

Former Bush speechwriter Matt Latimer has a new book coming out that promises to disclose what administration officials were saying behind the scenes. Not surprisingly, there’s a “growing nervousness” about the book amongst many prominent conservatives. GQ has some new excerpts of Latimer’s book, which reveal that President Bush liked to mock other politicians:

On Sarah Palin: “‘I’m trying to remember if I’ve met her before. I’m sure I must have.’ His eyes twinkled, then he asked, ‘What is she, the governor of Guam?‘ … ‘This woman is being put into a position she is not even remotely prepared for,’ he said. ‘She hasn’t spent one day on the national level. Neither has her family. Let’s wait and see how she looks five days out.’”

On Barack Obama: “He came in one day to rehearse a speech, fuming. ‘This is a dangerous world,’ he said for no apparent reason, ‘and this cat (Obama) isn’t remotely qualified to handle it. This guy has no clue, I promise you.’”

On Hillary Clinton: “Wait till her fat keister is sitting at this desk.

On Joe Biden:If bull– was currency, Joe Biden would be a billionaire.”
In 2008, Bush also told Latimer to take out a reference to the “conservative movement” in a speech. “Let me tell you something,” the President said. “I whupped Gary Bauer’s ass in 2000. So take out all this movement stuff. There is no movement.” When Latimer was “perplexed,” Bush explained, “Look, I know this probably sounds arrogant to say,” the president said, “but I redefined the Republican Party.”

For the sake of the country, let's hope that mistake isn't ever made again.

For a good, long time if we're lucky.

4. Arrogant smuck....people could say way worse things about Bush.
He was right on Palin...but a broken clock is right once in awhile. Inexperience...what experience did he have? Obama is far more prepared to handle things in this world because he did not have people constantly pulling him out of his messes and making everything okay for himself.
And Hillary and Joe are far more intelligent then he is. Like I said, a smuck.

5. Yet while on his book tour, Latimer will probably do as Ridge did....

and say they were just "musings," he didn't really HEAR Bush say these things.

They reliably backtrack, so hopefully people will soon stop buying these bogus memoirs. If he stands by his own words, he'll be a rarity.

7. The Village Idiot calling someone else stupid is pretty amusing.
And that includes Palin. Bush is not much smarter, than Palin, and just as hateful.

8. When he dissed Gary Bauer...
...he was dissing the Evangelical lunatics who sprinted to the polls to vote for their good, Christian, boy-George.

They courted those religious nutjobs during election time, but look what George has to say about them now. Remember
how involved the churches were during the election and how Bush would quote scripture or discuss his "born-again"
status? We was kow towing to those people.

What angers me the most if that without the Evangelical vote, Bush wouldn't have won (ahem) either election. He
used all of them, and their votes, to roll out his murderous, warmongering, torturous agenda.

I really hope that these people hear what Bush said--and take a good long, look at themselves. These "Christians"
excused away the murder of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis. We orphaned tens of thousands of Iraqi
children. We tortured. The Evangelicals justified it--cuz Bush was the Christian man who validated them.

As far as I'm concerned, theses Evangelicals who instilled Bush and who got defensive when we tried to tell them
that war, murder, lying and torture weren't exactly Christian behaviors.

I'd really like to hear what these people have to say. As far as I'm concerned their stupidity, and their
desperate need for validation--enabled an extremely evil man.

No, Agent Mike, this is not a threat. Just a statement. Maybe Bush wouldn't be such a prick if someone would have called his bluff. What an arrogant, bullying asshole this man is.

13. To give Bush some credit, he's right that he did redefine the Republican Party
Edited on Tue Sep-15-09 01:28 PM by Downtown Hound
He made it even more selfish, more greedy, more insane, more murderous, and ultimately more impotent and weak than it's ever been in it's history. Good job Georgie!

What an ass this man is. To think he actually held those kinds of thoughts about himself. I really do wonder what he thinks of himself these days. Is he still this deluded or has reality finally begun to settle in on him?

14. Bush is the master of projection
Everything he criticizes about everyone else is no only untrue of them, but it's what he is, what he does, and what he says.

Classic projection. If someone simply can't see themselves honestly they will forever see themselves in everyone else around them.

17. On Barack Obama
"He came in one day to rehearse a speech, fuming." Why would Obama rehearse a speech in front of Bush? That doesn't make sense.
Bush is the one who has no clue, just ask Cheney. Bush redefined the Republican Party, well that explains everything and I see
no reason to brag about stupidity.

Bush came in fuming. But he was fuming about Obama, thinking he was too inexperienced.

25. Considering that Obama was blasting Bush on the campaign trail
it's not surprising that Bush would say something defensive. It's easier for him to believe Obama is clueless than to believe what Obama was saying about him. Joe also went after Bush big time about the Iraq strategy and gave a lot of speeches totally slamming his strategy re the conduct of the war.

As for the remark about Hillary Clinton, it was frat boy misogyny. No surprises there either. I would put the Palin remark in the same category. He doesn't even know the women but felt comfortable completely demeaning her.

This is class Bush narcissism. Not surprises here.
