It's so pathetic that freaking COLBERT is one of the only ones talking about the fake grassroots

His word: "Hippie Replacement". He showed ABC interviewing FreedomWorks to prove that the grassroots movement is real. He covered the memo talking about how the RWers should disrupt meetings. He showed FOX Beck, Malkin and Hannity using the "grassroots" to show what the people really want, sans the people.

Stewart was good too, but he fell back on the idea that the RWers are functioning in a Democracy so that it is their right to be there. This is true, but it still doesn't feel right that they can scream and shout over and disrupt the experience for other people.

1. To Be Fair - Olbermann and Maddow Did Cover This Tonight
I do think that they don't cover the subject of healthcare nearly enough, but the past two days have been refreshing.

3. Yes, I think the facts are getting out.
But coverage from the MSM would be helpful in turning the light on all the way.

12. So did Jon Stewart with Waxman tonight, as has Lawrence O'Donnell subbing for Ed Schultz On MSNBC
Edited on Wed Aug-05-09 02:48 AM by LaPera
And Ed Schultz will absolutely pick it up when he returns, even PBS has....On liberal radio, Hartmann, Malloy, Miller, Randi, Goldman and all the rest of the radio progressives have as well....and it's on Huffington Post and everywhere on the Internet....But Fox, CNN, ABC, NBC (besides MSNBC) and CBS as always and predictable have ignore it...corporations stick together, it's how they keep the populace dumb & uninformed.

We have to make noise, donate, work hard and keep Public Option as the number one story & issue!

10. That's just it...they don't want them to speak
They would rather bully everybody (either the congresscritter or the constituents) and try to get them to shut up.

But they like playing victim, so they'll pull the "oh we live in a Democracy and I deserve (demand) to be heard (but no one else does)" crap.
