5. Ha, I had some bragging rights at work today

I've always talked about "Peace through Microbrew", and my friends heard the news this weekend about the President's attempts to get Officer Crowley and Professor Gates together over a mug of suds. They wasted no time in pointing that out first thing thim morning!

I said, "Ah, so the President's finally reading my emails!"

6. I done come up with this here plan..........

..... which involves my African American uncle and a retired police officer we go to church with. My uncle was gonna try to break into his own house, then I was gonna play "scared white woman!!!" and call the cop and he was going to come over in his retrofitted squad car and "arrest" my uncle. Then my father the civil rights attorney was going to call a TV crew in and cry outrage. I just KNEW I'd schemed a way for us to get first class, round trip air fair to the DC where we'd be given not only a VIP tour of the White House, but perhaps even be able to have lunch in the Air and Space Museum cafeteria ('cause old men like that kinda thing.)

My plan was BRILLIANT until I realized ........ none of us drink beer. :shrug:

7. Right now, I'd love a night of drinking with Obama, Howard Dean, John Conyers, and Dennis Kucinich.

The 5 of us would get shit faced and write the definitive health care bill.

Name the time, Mr. President. Hell, if you send Air Force One to pick me up, I'll even bring the beer (I doubt I'd get it through regular airport hassles, and it wouldn't be cold if I did.) Any microbrew from the Pacific Northwest will kick Buttweiper's ass.
