The President's schedule in the Middle East/Europe

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3: The President arrives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He will visit with King Abdullah, including having a meal and a lot of small meetings.

THURSDAY, JUNE 4: Obama spends the day in Egypt. He will have a bilateral meeting with President Mubarak, deliver a speech at the University of Cairo and he will visit a mosque. He departs Cairo in the evening and travels to Dresden, Germany.

FRIDAY, JUNE 5: Obama meets with Chancellor Merkel, visits Buchenwald concentration camp and, at Landstuhl medical center, soldiers injured in combat in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere. He leaves for Paris in the evening.

SATURDAY, JUNE 6: Obama holds a bilateral meeting with President Sarkozy in Caen, France. Later he'll give a speech at the American cemetery in Colevillee. He will commemorate the anniversary of the landing at Normandy and will spend time with U.S. veterans as well as veterans from other key allied countries.

According to the UK Times the President will arrive in Paris with Michelle and his two daughters on the evening before the commemorations and the Sarkozys are expected to have dinner with them.
