2. Ever try to prove someone did something? The case against Bush, Cheney et. al

better have all the i's dotted and t's crossed or the failure of said prosecution will undo any and all good that would be brought about by an Obama Administration.

Building these cases takes time and secrecy and the proper evidence may never come to light.

I'm guessing that unless they have an air-tight case, there will be no prosecution.

3. Unless 60+ percent of the public is demanding

prosecution then nothing will ever happen. The only way for Cheney to see the inside of a jail cell, is for people like us to explain why it MUST happen. The media hasn't done it, it is solely up to us.

5. I agree, I know what the DOJ is SUPPOSE to do

I just don't think that it will happen unless the public is screaming for it. We should work harder to make the public outcry louder.
