"Overseas Contingency Operations" is NOT a replacement for "War on Terror"

As Rachel Maddow pointed out on last night's show, it's just a term the Obama admin. uses when budgeting money for Iraq and Afghanistan. It is NOT a "label" or term used like the Bush admin.' uses of labels like "War on Terra" which changed to different things that Rachel showed on her show (like "The GLOBAL War on Terrah" and other names. She proved it by showing different ways he and others in his admin. he talked about the wars. There was not one repeated term for it.

(I've heard RWers say that the Obama "relabeled the "War on Terror" to appease the terrorists and/or to mean we're not at war anymore.)

(She also said Obama is NOT having an "escalation" in Afghanistan since the 4,000 troops are being sent there to train Afghani troops-not to fight themselves.)
