White House Cocktail parties...
I don't think the president's cocktail parties are much of a big deal as far as the money and time goes. But I wonder if alot of money is being spent on them when federal budget money is tight. Have there been very many cocktail parties in the WH?

Does anyone know how to get me an invitation?

10. Aren't the cocktail parties part of the effort to achieve bipartisanship?
There was a day when lawmakers from both sides of the aisle would fight all day and go out for drinks at night because they were still civilized enough to be friendly after work.

11. Huge issue.
I'm also concerned about shoe polish. I hope the President is using coupons. I don't think it's a huge deal, really, though the media makes it one by ignoring it. Think how many people could be fed.
