1. Coleman is still stalling
So we can't really call him Senator Franken yet. I feel confident he will be but Coleman is throwing everything and the kitchen sink at him. A totally classless and hypocritical act on Coleman's part.

You hit the nail on the head. As you said, unfortunately until the damn court case is resolved we can't celebrate. That maybe two or three months down the road. Meanwhile the Senate is in session and dealing with the serious issues of the nation, while Norm Coleman lives in lala land. The funny thing is that they have pretty much already given away all of the committee assignments with the assumption that Franken has won, that he would be the lowest in seniority, but still in the majority in the Senate.
