Have you ever had a rotten family of neighbors move in next to you & stay for 5 or 10 years?

And they go out of their way to be inconsiderate and make life miserable for everyone that lives around them?

And every time you see them you just wish they would go the fuck away?

Then one day, after living next to them for a bunch of years, you drive home after work and you see the "House For Sale" sign in their front yard, and you just about do a back flip out of joy because you knew their days were numbered?

Then their house sells and a nice family moves in, people who are considerate? Ahhh, life is soooo good again for you and your other neighbors. Ever have something like that happen?

Well, multiply that by 100, and that's the kind of feeling that I got when Barack won the election in November. I knew Bush's days were numbered and we'd be getting a new leader, an intelligent and decent one for a change.

Fast forward to today, January 20th, multiply THAT feeling by 1000, and that's how I feel right now. The new neighbors, the GOOD ones, have finally arrived for ALL OF US.

When it comes to times of hope, this day is the epitome of it. An enormous burden is being lifted off our shoulders today and being replaced by a feeling of joy and immense relief. If ever there was a time to seize the moment, this day is that moment. So enjoy!
