Bush History-In '57 We Called it Torture and Said it Didn't Work. In '02 We Started Doing it - 12/30

In '57 the US determined Chinese techniques we called "torture" had obtained false confessions. On this date in '02, the US is training soldiers to use these discredited techniques at Gitmo. Also, a Special Council is announced to investigate Bush admin betrayal of the CIA (2003), and Bush gives the finger to science and Congress via a signing statement (2005).
