HOW did he do that? Seriously? Does he put the pieces into the bottle and then assemble it once it's inside?

1. I love that stuff. He rolled up the picture and constructed the frame inside the bottle.

Each side of the frame was put in individually through the top.

Actually, he most likely builds the bottle around the framed picture. Glass blowers have done this "magic" trick for centuries, mostly putting wooden ships in bottles....or bottles around the ships, that is.
