They act as though they're always right, always slicing and dicing and saying things like "it's hard to see how Kerry can win now, but he might."
Does anybody ever realize that the pundits are wrong 99% of the time? Okay, so that's an exagerration. But these are the same pundits that were unanimously saying that Bush would win comfortably in 2000 - guess what - he *lost* (of course, he still became President, but that's a different story).
These are the same guys who last December, if they mentioned Kerry at all, said it was impossible that he'd be able to comeback. They focused on Dean, or, failing him, then Gephardt and Clark.
These are the same guys that predicted Democratic gains in 2002. The same guys who were sure Al Gore would run again in 2004. These guys are rarely right.
Just buckle down, and fight your ass off for Kerry. We're probably behind right now, but it doesn't matter - what matters is Nov. 2. We can win. Bush can win. It'll come down to who does a better job between then and now. So turn off the TV, and do something to help Kerry win.
ALSO: Anybody realize that the first debate is on Sept. 30?! That's only three weeks from today! (actually, yesterday)
