Who else worked today for Obama?

I just finished spending the day at my local Obama office and all afternoon out canvassing getting calls on my cell phone from my daughter in the military in Korea giving me news updates.

It was funny getting my news from Korea all afternoon. She was watching CNN.

So...who else worked today....

I am soooo excited!!!

1. I've worked just about every day for the last 3 -4 weeks

worth every minute - I am beside myself with happiness right now.

7. me! it was awesome...

been working on the campaign for 6 months now....I'm SO tired! :-)

My husband will be glad to finally have a day with me again.

I'm a basket case right now. I felt great all day while I was working, but as soon as I got home and started watching the news, it all hit me again.

8. I did! Phone banked at local field office this morning, and phone

banked from home of the Obama website, to voters in swing states.

And baked 12 dozen cookies last night to help feed the army of volunteers, who were standing in LINE at the office today, waiting for open seats/open phone lines, so they could have a chance to help too.
What a great problem...too many volunteers!!!

I was comparing poll watcher's lists and compiling routes for the runners here in NC.
And my brother was running the routes in VA.

Was going to drive to Virginia to volunteer on site, but smashed my toe and lost a nail. (ouch)

Put 80 miles on my car delivering door hangers in rural PA.

and have been working for months in Virginia. I was feeling really good about Virginia.

But I had several friends who were able to take the day off and canvassed all day for Obama. My area was all canvassed by 4:30, so I was assigned to a different area to canvass.
