Next Bush desperation strategy: dump Cheney
I predict if his poll numbers drop in the toilet, that's what he'll do. And Mr. 9-11 himself, Ass-Licker par non, Rudy Guiliani will be waiting in the wings.

1. Cheney won't go without a fight
I just don't see him voluntarily leaving and he's too smart to fly anywhere in a small prop plane, so I don't see how * can get rid of him.

Cheney likes that power too much.

5. Other last ditch efforts
Terror Alerts
Osama caught (or "we are closing in!")
Terror act
Dirtier GOP campaign attacks

The first three should draw attention (suspicions) as "surprises."

Iraq, Economy and Bush's Military will not be used.

6. Cheney is the PNAC liaison to the White House.
That's WHY he is the vice president.

So, he won't go quietly.

7. Not sure Bush has that authority
Have always believed that the big mucky-mucks in the GOP agreed to let BoyGeorge run for president as a figurehead for their real agenda. They wanted the nut case Cheney to be president but knew that he was way too extreme to get elected so they settled for the next best thing. A total moron who likes nice houses, a fancy plane, doesn't read but would take direction and not ask questions.

Bush is stuck with Cheney - dead or alive - until further notice from the GOP. There is always a price when you sell your soul to the devil.
