Edited on Tue Nov-04-08 07:31 AM by MrWiggles
...Either not being able to sleep right away or not sleeping at all or waking up all night long? I had trouble going to sleep and I woke up pretty early without being able to fall asleep. I probably slept a total of 5 to 6 hours.

I am not worried but I am really excited to go out to vote.

I have the giggles today because I know the drama is finally going to a conclusion and I am optimistic that Obama is going to win tonight!!!

19. I almost felt like doing that...but I figured nothing will be happening
during the day so I may as well go and not be sitting at home getting myself nervous! At least this way I'll go to work, take my mind off of things for a while and then come home right around when the first polls start closing :)

3. Not me. I'm tired from walking so much. But I woke up early, got to the polls
at 6:10 and waited 45 minutes to vote. The largest turnout at my polling place I've ever seen for this early in the a.m. The most African-Americans, by far, I've ever seen in line to vote. A good sign!

9. I had been awake for 21 hours already but still..
it still took me another hour after I lay down to finally sleep.

But I saw Obama in Manassas last night FINALLY so it was worth it :headbang: I finally saw what "FIRED UP! READY TO GO!" is all about!

Worst part was that David Gregory was saying it and he was smiling. That'll teach me to sleep.

Democratic town leader at the polling place. :( I gotta find that coffee pot and my legs.....

:wtf: On TV, the morans are actually attempting to ask people what it was like VOTING?!?

The polls JUST OPENED 45 mins ago!!! This is going to be a short day.... parties will commence around 9 PM!!

I can feel it!! :P A huge  to my fellow countrywomen and men!! ;)

31. Definitely
My wife, who gets home from work between 11:30 and midnight, burst into the bedroom around 12:45 with "Oh my god! Obama won Dixville Notch!"

That was the end of any chance of a good night's sleep!
