I would call them TERRIFIED - CNBC interview of McGeezer and Dingbat
Maria Bartiromo just now - 9:45 am - interviewed McCain and Palin.
The three of them sitting, in an intimate discussion of finance and the troubles we're in.

I was not really tuned in, but turned to my TV when I caught that McCain was agitated, with his famous temper just boiling under the surface as he made scary pronouncements about how Obama's plan to raise taxes
(I'M GONNA SCREAM IF I HEAR THIS LIE FROM THEM AGAIN)
would send the nation from recession to depression and he mentioned Herbert Hoover and other fear inducing phrases.

I think Sarah said nothing, she just looked awake and very red.
They smiled at each other relatively believably, but then came the kicker:

The station cut to the anchors, Haines and Burnette, who said:

We would have liked to continue this interview live, it is still ongoing, and we will bring you the rest at the closing bell tonight.
"THE McCAIN CAMPAIGN STIPULATED WE ARE ALLOWED TO GO LIVE FOR 5 MINUTES ONLY, THE REST WILL BE ON TAPE"

Like I said.
Scared s%^&less.

2. CNBC , Haines, and Bartiromo make me sick
their pandering to MsSame and Phalin, along with the 'walk on the tundra looking for oil' interviews make me sick. They all act as if the stock market is totally going to tank under a Democrat in the WH. They had a fellow on a week ago, and I am sorry I missed his name as I came in late. He is a regular commentator there. He had a chart that showed that under each of the last Democratic presidents, the market started a bull market ascent. The other CNBC commentators tried to find all kinds of ways to refute it, but the data was there. These free market-no regulation types make me want to retch. Hope they all follow Greenspan over the cliff when this is over.

Wish I had satellite TV so I could get a better business channel. CNBC is all we have and I have come to HATE IT.

3. He blamed this whole mess on Freddie and Fannie showing how clueless he is on the
root cause of our problems. He then touted the only economic fix he has, his idea to buy mortgages at full price and stick the taxpayer with all the losses.
