I have to say that Obama has been even more forceful and energetic since he returned from Hawaii. He is more earnest and emphatic. Sadly, I also note that he is not quite as cheerful, but you can't really blame him for that. Obama is a man on a mission this week.

one of the best I've ever heard from Obama, or ever. He is a spellbinding speaker and I'm amazed that CNN carried the whole speech. I've never felt this kind of hope with any of our candidates. The last time I felt such hope was with Bobby Kennedy.
