The west coasties, plus Hawaii and Alaska, need to GOTV no matter what they're seeing on the tubes election night!

4. The good thing, as far as the west coast is concerned timezone-wise

is that there is much movement towards vote by mail, making time zones moot. Oregon is entirely vote by mail, and Washington is moving that way. Not sure about California though.
