What if Kerry Mocked Bush's "Strong and Decisive Leadership"
Bush's entire campaign now rests on selling himself as the great "strong and decisive Leader" (listen to his speeches). All Kerry has to point out is that a strong decisive leader does not run around whining "don't blame me--I had bad intelligence"!!

Bottom line: do NOT let Bush paint this false picture of himself. Do not debate him about it. Mock him---it's exactly the method they use because it is understood by the simple minded American.

(P.S.--a strong and decisive leader doesn't have to have Uncle Dick hold his hand when he testifies before the 9/11 Commission-----ahhh, there are so many examples that Kerry could pull out week after week).

2. Serial killers are decisive.
Apologies to another poster, but Ted Bundy was decisive. Being decisive is a phony heroic.

3. Strong dose of calculated ridicule.
With the addition of new firebrands in the Kerry Campaign I think we will see some of what you prescribe.
Remember, they attack perceived strengths. I believe we should do as well.

4. YES.
"I'm a war president."
"I want to be a peace president."

...

"Osama - dead or alive."
"Osama - I don't care."

...

"We need a humble foreign policy."
"We don't need the U.N."

...

"NO nation-building!"
"We need to re-build Iraq as a democracy.."

...

"Let's lower mercury drinking water standards!"
"Never mind."

...

You get the idea, right? There's TONS of this material just waiting to be used.. :P

6. He should, but he won't
and that's what ticks me off about the Dems - so much ammo they could use to trash Bush and the repukes, but they insist on this "no negativity" BULL SHIT. Repukes attack Kerry's war record constantly - why not go for the jugular, and throw Shrubs a.w.o.l. episode back in his face? Every time the repukes attack, fukkin' counter attack - it's all they understand, all most moron Americans understand - staying to the issues won't win the election.

7. John Sasso
is no shrinking violet. He has been around in MA for years, and has been known to get down and dirty when necessary.

When I heard that he is joining the campaign, my first thought was "OK...let the games begin"!

12. I like that line -
and it sums up what's going on so well - Bush, the sorry azz deserter from the National Gaurd, and Cheney with his 5 exmptions, have the gall to attack Kerry, who was wounded more than once, in the service of his country? Un fucking believable.
