2. The clip was funny
and Farrell is the best GWB

Fey makes Palin look like moose burgers. Fey is the full package, the real deal. ;)

3. Have you noticed that Tina Fey is more modest than Palin
Palin wears shorter skirts (as least she did in the Brian Williams interview). http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032619/#27347418

11. Tina picks up on all those things Palin does that are subtle and too cute by half.

9. Just watch the wingnuts complain that SNL is in the tank for Obama
Yeah, SNL obviously will have a much harder job next year when it comes to trying to parody Obama but I think it's a problem when our country's leaders are so easily made fools of so I take it as a good thing. It's not our fucking fault that John McCain, Sarah Palin and George W Bush are so fucking easy sources of material.

12. Hint:
Go back and watch the video again. But this time, when Bush is giving his short speech endorsing McCain, keep your eyes on Fey.

She almost looks like she's breaking character. See her eyes darting around, her head subtly nodding to the audience as if to accentuate what Ferrell is saying, her teeth grinding.. she KNOWS what she's doing - she's a writer and performer on a mission.

And she knows that this sketch is going to be played and replayed on various networks for another news cycle or two. Devastating stuff.

When he's thanking various people for his victory, Obama needs to remember Tina Fey. I'm convinced that, in some small way, she has contributed to the margin of victory.

14. This was a great sketch and it was written by Adam McKay who writes a lot of Ferrell's movies
and other W parodies. Much funnier than last Sat's SNL. Yes, SNL is in the tank for Obama. So is Letterman. So is Daily Show and Colbert. I'm so glad!
