Me and my partner where in Cincinnati today, and noticed alot of Kerry/Edwards lawn signs in the Observatory/Hyde Park area of town.

So, when we drove back to Dayton, we'd figure we'd check out the equivilant area...the old pre WWII suburb of Oakwood....a very affluent and educated suburb.

...we drove the sidestreets of Oakwood and counted 29 Kerry/Edwards lawn signs to 11 Bush/Cheney signs.

Which, to me, sounds pretty good. Oakwood will probably go GOP this year, as in every year, but there are sure alot of Kerry supporters in a normally GOP area.

1. What route did you take?

West of 48 = Puggie City.
East of 48 = Puggie Village, with Dem Slummers.
East of Shroyer = Dem City.

Been that way since I was a tyke (and covenants existed preventing my Jewish family from moving in).

3. Both west and east of Far Hills (48)
West of Far Hills....almost no signs for any party..the only ones we saw where for Kerry/Edwards..imagine that !

would never vote for Bush! Well, amend that to say, anyone educated should have enough sense not to vote for Bush.
