N.Y. Daily News To Endorse Obama
Edited on Sat Oct-18-08 09:55 PM by nyhuskyfan
Heard it on the radio, so there's no link yet. It's a good one - the Times was a given, and the Post was a given for McCain, but the Daily News is a paper that could go either way.

Here's an E&P link:

5. Dailiy News is "fairly" left leaning...
I had little doubt they'd pick Obama.

6. Strange. the News was once the real RW rag in NYC and the
Then Murdoch bought the Post...and I am not sure what happened to the News, but their roles seem to have somewhat reversed. I say "somewhat" because the News is till a rag, just not quite as bad as the Post.

10. I remember a time when the News was "liberal" and the Mirror was "conservative"
The NY Times was a conservative paper, and the Post was just a rag used for wrapping fish. That was a long, long time ago, when I was knee high to a grasshopper.
